Founding Director, SEG
Neil brings over 15 years of experience in solar and innovative energy technologies. He is passionate about the transformative impact green solutions can have on socio-economic communities, particularly in empowering schools, social housing, and charitable organisations.
Neil is the founder and director of HSEnergy Group, a nationally recognised leader in solar, energy storage, and emerging sustainable technologies. He is also deeply committed to skills and training, with HSEnergy playing an active role in the Exeter College Sustainability Academy.
Founding Director, SEG
Nick is a leader in sustainability, with particular expertise in fabric and cladding systems. He has founded and led multiple initiatives aimed at supporting disadvantaged and hard-to-reach communities.
With a strong belief in the importance of connecting government with local needs, Nick has chaired several significant governmental boards, ensuring that community voices are heard in Westminster. He is the founding director of EWI Pro, the UK’s leading insulation company, which also operates its own training academy and national installer network.
Director, SEG
Paul has worked in the renewable energy sector since 2007 and is a longstanding advocate for the role of solar and energy storage in creating a cleaner, more resilient energy system. He is a shareholder and member of the senior management team at Fox ESS, a global leader in solar inverter, battery storage and smart energy solutions.
With extensive international industry experience, Paul brings valuable commercial and technical insight to the SEG Board, supporting its mission to make renewable energy solutions more accessible to schools, social housing providers, care organisations and communities.
Adviser to the SEG Board
Spencer is the Founder and Director of SPL Strategies, with over 30 years’ experience working across business, education, skills, sustainability and community development. He is particularly passionate about bringing together organisations and individuals to create practical partnerships that deliver lasting social and economic benefit.
Through his work with businesses, training providers, educational institutions and community organisations, Spencer has become a strong advocate for ensuring that the transition to a more sustainable future benefits communities at every level. He brings to SEG extensive experience in strategy, partnership building and skills development, alongside a longstanding commitment to public and community service.
Projects & Outreach Coordinator, SEG
Lottie supports the development of SEG, helping to build relationships with partners, communities and stakeholders across the energy and sustainability sectors. She coordinates projects and outreach, helping to turn SEG’s ambitions into practical initiatives that deliver lasting benefits for communities.
